the hotel's location near gare du nord proved very convenient for my eurostar travel. the breakfast offered a good choice of items each morning i started my day. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly.
the room service only occurred once this was not ideal.

The staff offered multilingual assistance. the hotel location is very close to the railway station. I really enjoyed the convenience. the provided wifi worked very well, so i could easily plan my day trips and stay connected.
The bathroom had tubes visible. It felt a little cramped.

My room was quite small. The shower setup was poorly designed. Water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. And insufficient bathmats were provided, not helpful. The shower head wouldn't stay in place either. It seems basic maintenance is needed.

The location was fantastic, very close to the train station. I had no issues accessing public transport. The breakfast included many choices. I liked the plant-based milk and gluten-free options. The room included a cozy balcony. I spent some evenings there. The staff were always friendly. They were pretty good!
The walls in the access to my room had some wear and tear.
